RETURNS POLICY
* In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we must be notified in writing within seven working days after delivery and the goods must be returned within a reasonable time. The goods must be unused and in original packaging in order for you to receive a complete refund or exchange. Door Decor & More will not refund return postage or be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in the post. You would must send us an e-mail or formal letter stating your intention and explain your reason for returning the goods. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
* If returning an item, it is recommended that you use a means of posting your parcel which can be traced e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returns which cannot be traced.
* Returns will only be made to the original payment card on receipt of a copy of the original sales receipt.
