TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
General
In these conditions, the Company means Door Decor & More Ltd, now trading as Door Decor & More. Customer means the individual, firm, company or other party with whom the Company contracts. Goods means the goods, articles and materials, which are to be supplied by the Company pursuant to the contract. Order means a purchase order in respect of the goods issued by the Customer to the Company.
Prices
Unless otherwise provided in the contract, the price of the goods is in £ Sterling and is inclusive of Value Added Tax, which is charged at the applicable rate at the appropriate tax point, at present 17.5%. Where the price has been quoted by the Company for specific order quantities and specific delivery times, the Company reserves the right to vary the price of the Goods should the Customer require different quantities from those stated or require different delivery times.
Payment
The contract price for the goods is payable in full at the time of order. Payments made by credit/debit card via our on-line secure server, or by fax, by post, or by telephone, are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delivery.
Cheque payment by post is also accepted, subject to clearance. All cheques are to be made in £ Sterling. Cheques can be made payable to Door Decor & More Ltd., and must be crossed, with your name, address and card number on the reverse. Orders will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared.

Delivery and Risk
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer at the place specified in the contract or as subsequently agreed between the parties. Delivery dates are given in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible, but no liability is accepted for any unforeseen delays subsequently arising or for any consequential loss or damage caused to the Customer or third parties as a result of any delays for whatever reason.
Goods will normally be dispatched within 7 working days, subject to stock availability. A delivery charge will be calculated on your order and added to your shopping basket.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer, or deemed to be in breach of contract with the Customer, by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company's obligations in relation the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to Force Majeure or to any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control.
Retention of Title
The Goods sold under these Terms and Conditions shall remain the absolute property of the Company, and legal title in the Goods shall remain vested in the Company until payment in full of all amounts invoiced or due to the Company in respect of the Goods has been received. If the Customer shall enter into liquidation, have a winding-up order made against it, have a receiver, and administrator or administrative receiver appointed over its assets, income or any part thereof before the property in the Goods has passed in accordance with the company shall be entitled, immediately after giving notice of its intention to repossess the Goods, to enter upon the premises of the Customer to repossess any Goods to which it has title under this condition. No liquidator, receiver, administrator or administrative receiver of the Customer shall have the authority to sell Goods to which the Company has title without prior written consent of the Company.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions excepted, the Customers Statutory Rights are not affected.
Applicable Laws
The Company only accepts orders and sells its Goods upon and subject to these Terms and Conditions which shall prevail over any terms and conditions of the Customer. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties acknowledge and accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy describes and explains the practice of information collection via the Door Decor & More Ltd. website. Any information that we collect from you is used to process your order and to help us improve our service to existing and potential customers. If you tell us that you do not want us to use this information as a basis for further contact with you, please send us an e-mail. We do keep track of the domains from which people visit us in order to analyse this data for trends and statistics, then we discard this data.

We are fully committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that you give us lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
You will be asked to submit personal information so that we are able to process your order. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. You can check the information that we hold by e-mailing us, and asking us to correct or delete any inaccuracies

Any information that we hold will be held securely and in accordance with the law and our internal security system. Door Decor & More Ltd., has implemented appropriate measures to protect this web site against the unauthorised use, loss or alteration of information under our control.

Door Decor & More Ltd. keeps track of the pages visitors access on our website and of the general IP addresses that these users visit our website from. We analyse these patterns of behaviour in order to improve and optimise our website.
