With the Platinum Jubilee Celebrations nearly upon us, we would like to inform you that we will be closed on Thursday 2nd, Friday 3rd and Saturday 4th June for a well-earned break.

UHS and Door Décor & More stock a vast range of products and we aim to deliver our goods to you quickly, within the range of 2 to 5 working days. We use FedEx and the Post Office, as they both offer a flexible, friendly service. Our charges are inclusive of VAT. Please note that orders placed after 3 pm on a Friday might not be processed for dispatch until the following Monday.
Your order is usually processed ready for dispatch within a few hours and we often will make next day delivery, yet prefer to tell you that your parcel might be longer as we cannot accept responsibility for late delivery of goods …please do not pre-book any tradesperson to complete work using our goods until you have received your order and checked your items: delivery dates are given in good faith and sometimes events occur which are beyond our control. Please note that deliveries to areas other than UK Mainland might take slightly longer: we will keep you informed of estimated delivery dates if this is the case.
SAFES: Be aware that we will only be able to deliver our Safes to UK Mainland, and this is at a standard flat rate charge of £33.00 per safe. If you live locally and would like to collect a Safe, please contact us and we are sure to be able to arrange this.
If goods are out of stock, we will contact you via email to let you know that your order will be delayed slightly and where possible, we will give you an estimated delivery date. We might also suggest some alternatives and it will be up to you to decide whether to amend your order, cancel all or some of it or wait until the goods are back in stock. We aim to keep you in the loop at every step of the way. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have any issues with missing, faulty or damaged goods. We try our best, but sometimes these things happen and we can only apologise! You’ll need to email firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order details and description of the problem. If possible, please email us photographs of the damage, or contents of the parcel, and this will help us to resolve your issues and help us decide on the appropriate steps to rectify the problem. We’ll work with you to get things right as quickly as we can!
Our couriers will make two attempts to deliver, after that the goods will be returned to us and any further attempts to deliver will be chargeable.
