From Black Dragon Hardware, the Durham black antique effect door handle has a plain rectangular backplate and curved to door lever handle. This is the standard size backplate latch version, so is the same size as the bathroom and lock handles. A shorter plate latch handle is also available. It is operable with a tubular latch, please see our matching latches/locks with black faceplates.
